Unfortunately you still have to count base points for 4 fan/30 points or less. The first hand is self draw on a closed hand and doesn't get 10 extra points (that's ron on a closed hand which is not pinfu and will always be more than 30 base points and counting base points is not needed in that case). So 20 + 2 for self draw +2 a pair of dragons +2 pts for middle wait. Round up to 30 points, and
